A professional team at your service

Created in 2005, DREAMTECH was specialised in the design of large and specific tools. It then diversified and turned to the field of special machines. In order to respond to more specific requests and to expand its customer base, it has strengthened its team, which now numbers 10 people, mainly composed of experienced mechanical engineers and automation specialists.

It assists each of its customers in defining their projects, in order to meet their needs as closely as possible. Whether it is for simple mechanical studies or “turnkey” projects, it is committed to providing an individualised response to each request.

The company is based in the Toulouse region, but also travels throughout France and abroad.

DREAMTECH works in the aeronautics, automotive and energy sectors, but also in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The professionalism of its teams enables it to be reactive and to respond to any specific request.

Sales department

Our project managers are at your disposal to answer your request or to assist you in drawing up your specifications and preliminary project study. With their experience in the field, they can now provide you with an adapted solution in mechanics, automation, robotics or the manufacture of special machines.

Mechanical design office

Our engineers are specialised in mechanical design and are equipped with SolidWorks stations for CAD studies. They design or duplicate special machines and specific tools with expertise.

Machining and wiring technicians

A team of professionals carries out in-house the wiring of cabinets and machines, as well as the machining of the parts required for our machine assemblies. DREAMTECH shares its premises with REALTECH, which is equipped with machining centres and numerically controlled lathes. This partnership enables us to supply quality machined parts in the shortest possible time.

Project manager

Each project is monitored by a project manager, your main contact for management and planning, from the design phase to delivery or final commissioning on site.

Automation and robotics design office

Our technicians have solid experience in automation and robotics. They are regularly trained, in order to respond to each specific request and to acquire new skills.

We work with SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, ROCKWELL or OMRON PLCs, as well as SIEMENS, RED LION, KEP and PROFACE man-machine interfaces. In addition, our teams are trained in the programming and handling of numerous brands of robots, such as STAUBLI, FANUC, KUKA, EPSON or UNIVERSAL ROBOT.

Fablab

DREAMTECH has created a Fablab specialising in 3D printing. This allows us to respond directly to your prototyping or small series manufacturing needs.
